A site visit is how the work is seen and priced. It includes a look at the surface in place and a written scope. The visit fee is based on driving distance from Winston-Salem and is credited in full if the work goes forward.Within 20 miles — $125
21 to 40 miles — $185
41 to 60 miles — $265
Beyond 60 miles — by arrangement
Distance is one-way, by ordinary road, from Winston-Salem.
If the right repair is to leave it alone, we will say so. The visit fee still stands; the surface does not owe us a job.
